THE FOUNDING PRINCIPAL

Tyler Workman

Prior to founding WREV, Tyler spent nearly a decade in real estate private equity. The majority of his time was spent originating, underwriting, and managing over $1bn of real estate investments across the US for a private family office in New York City.

Tyler has extensive experience identifying opportunities with strong risk-adjusted return profiles, specializing in mitigating downside risk through creative structuring to achieve outsized investor returns.

When he's not hunting for the next acquisition, Tyler enjoys traveling, exercise, and paddling into clean offshore swell when the conditions align.
